Live oaks do not hurry. The ones standing over this property were shading the ground long before anyone thought to put chairs under them, and they will still be here long after the last song. That is the whole idea of the place: you are not renting a room that was decorated to look old, you are borrowing a piece of the Hill Country that already is.
What that means on the day is simple. Ceremony under the branches, dinner in the open, and a sunset that shows up on schedule without being booked, lit or paid for.
